Albero Walked 1,200 Miles, Raised $56,000 for Project Wounded Warrior

Del Webb Lakewood Ranch resident Richard Albero was guest speaker at the October 9, 2018 monthly meeting of the Association of Veterans and Military Supporters. Albero offered a short presentation about his solo 1,200 mile walk that raised $56,000 for Project Wounded Warrior.

Albero’s effort occurred 3 years ago starting his journey from the New York Yankees spring training stadium in Tampa, FL and finishing at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx, New York. His presentation detailed:
