President's Message: Rich Greenberg
I take great pride in representing our members and the community we serve.
The information presented in this website chronicles some of the ways we serve our neighbors and community. On behalf of the all of the men and women who proudly represent the “Del Webb Lakewood Ranch Association of Veterans and Military Supporters” (A.V.M.S.), it is my pleasure to welcome you to our site. Established in July, 2016, we have steadily grown in numbers.
Whether you are a current member or new to our Del Webb community, we welcome you and hope to personally meet you in the neighborhood or at a future meeting.
I trust that you will find useful information about the various components of our Association and what we are doing to provide the best services to those in need. We at A.V.M.S. take great pride in working throughout our Del Webb community on various community-wide projects. We also provide assistance, support, and community involvement throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties.
I urge you to visit us at our next General Membership meeting held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at our beautiful Oasis Clubhouse in Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. Meetings start promptly at 6:30 PM. Please remember that you do not have to be a Veteran to be part of this proud organization. All you need is a caring heart, love for our country and support for all of the men and women in uniform past and present.
We would appreciate hearing from you as we strive to provide for those Veterans in need, and their families they left behind. I trust that you will enjoy your visit to our website and I invite you to check back often.
