Independence Day Golf Cart Parade on July 3rd

To celebrate our nation’s independence, A.V.M.S. is kicking off the day’s events with a festive July 3, 2019 golf cart parade. We would like to personally invite you to participate in what we believe an exciting and memorable celebration throughout our community.

Make sure you get your Golf Cart decked out, because we will have prizes for the best three patriotic participants.

The Manatee County Corvette Club will lead the parade throughout our community, followed by the golf cart procession. The parade will cover most of the streets in our community with the exception of our small cul-de-sac streets.

There are six ingredients for the perfect golf cart parade: Red, White, Blue, Golf Cart, YOU, and laughter. If you don’t have a golf cart, find a friend or neighbor that does and jump in. If you can’t, it gets even easier. Come outside your home and cheer the many who will be participating in this event. After the Parade, join the many who will participate in the Stars and Stripes Spectacular at the Oasis for music, food, and much more.

All participants will need to line up in and around the Sales Office parking lot no later than 4:15 pm. Pull out will be promptly at 4:30 pm. Make sure your batteries are charged, horns and whistles are working, and your voice is loud enough to steer the hogs far away from the parade route.
